DMV Brentwood Service Center Closing
Early July 9
(Washington, DC) The District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles
Brentwood Service Center, located at 1233 Brentwood Road, NE, is
experiencing an air conditioning outage and due to the excessive
heat levels will close at 4:30 p.m. after servicing the customers
currently in line. The facilitys management is working to resolve
the air conditioning issues and we anticipate reopening on Tuesday,
July 10 for normal hours of operation. Normal hours of operation
at the Brentwood Service Center are 10:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Monday Friday.
The Brentwood Service Center provides vehicle registrations and
renewals, titles, driver license and identification cards issuance & renewals.
Customers are encouraged to watch media coverage, check on our
website or contact us at 202-727-5000 to ensure
the Brentwood Service Center is open for business on Tuesday, July
10.
All other DMV Service Center locations and Adjudication Services
will observe normally scheduled hours of operation. The Vehicle
Inspection Station is operating on a Code Red early opening/closing
schedule for July 10 and 11.
