DMV Ticket Pay By Web and Pay By Phone Services Unavailable During System Enhancements

The District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles Pay by Web and Pay by Phone services for tickets will be unavailable from 6 pm, Friday August 31, 2007 until 8 am Tuesday, September 4, 2007, while system enhancements are made.

Pay By Web and Pay By Phone services will resume on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 8 am.

Late penalties will not be applied to tickets during this outage.

We are working to provide better online and phone services and apologize for the inconvenience while these systems are unavailable.
