All of your outstanding tickets and dishonored checks to the DC Government must be satisfied before completing your DMV transaction. DMV accepts payments in the form of cash, money order, or credit card*. Checks cannot be accepted as payment for booted or towed vehicle fees. Tickets and boot fees may be paid online.
