As per DC Municipal Regulations Title 18 Section 401.8, the following documents are required:
- DC Title Application*
- DC Title
- Odometer Statement
- Lien Contract/Letter to owner advising defaulted payments
- Condition Report of the vehicle(s)
Note: DMV will issue title in the name of lien holder.
