Other Provisions
- Clarified and amended the applicability and levels of light transmittance
allowed on the front, side and rear windshields of vehicles operated
or parked in the District.
- Provided that men between 18 and 25 years of age register with
the Selective Service when obtaining or renewing the driver's
license.
- Amended the Uniform Classification and Commercial Driver's License
Act of 1990 to provide for penalties of violations of out-of-service
orders.
- Amended the Clean Hands Act to condition the issuance of a District
license or permit on the payment of outstanding fines owed to
the Department.
- Established a good driver point program.
