Convert an Out-of-State Provisonal Driver License

A licensed provisional driver who moves to the District from another jurisdiction must convert a valid out-of-state provisional driver license to a DC provisional driver license, if they are remaining in DC for more than 30 days. A DC provisional Drivers license is valid for one year for US citizens and may vary for non-US citizens (according to the US immigration expiration date).
