Lease Buyouts Registration

If an individual decides to purchase their leased vehicle, following documents are required at the time of registration:

• Properly endorsed title
• Proof of valid DC insurance
• Odometer statement
• Valid Photo identification
• Lien contract (if applicable)
• Title and Excise Fee as applicable

Note: Current valid vehicle tags are retained by lessee. Registration renewal is allowed if eligible with valid inspection.
