Suspended or Revoked License
The DMV knows your driver license is important to you, so we want to help you understand how your record affects your driving privileges. Your license could be suspended or revoked for several reasons, including:
- Failure to Pay Child Support
- Driver Point System
- Outstanding DC and Out-of-State Moving Violations (uncontested and unpaid after 30 days)
- Major Moving Violations (DWI, DUI, Reckless Driving)
If your driver license is suspended or revoked for a non-mandatory reason, then you may be eligible for a limited occupational license.
