Proof of Business Identity

As a business entity, you must provide at least one primary source document to register the vehicle in the company’s name, as listed below, to satisfy proof of identity.

Primary Sources (one required) - must be original:

• DC Business License.
• Certificate of Occupancy.
• Government issued document showing DC Tax Identification Number.
