Proof of DC Drivers License or Identification Card

To title or register a vehicle, you must provide at least one primary source document, as listed below, to satisfy proof of DC Drivers license or Identification Card .

Primary Sources of Proof (one required) - must be original:

• Unexpired DC Drivers License.
• Unexpired DC Learner's Permit.
• Unexpired DC Non-Drivers Identification Card.
