You are not eligible to apply for a DC Commercial Driver's License if you have:

• A revoked or suspended driver's license
• Certain medical conditions such as diabetes II
• Certain criminal felony convictions within the last three years (if you would like to work as a school bus driver)
• Scheduled hearings on moving violation tickets
• Unresolved citations (such as tickets or judgment) in another jurisdiction
