NAIC Maintenance Coordinator
The NAIC maintenance coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the list of
NAIC numbers associated with their company. Insurance companies need to obtain
authority for this person and have all associated NAIC numbers identified in
the DMV system before individual policies can be entered that have been cancelled,
terminated, etc.
NAIC maintenance coordinator must register, print and sign
the registration form, and mail/fax the completed registration form to DMV.
Once the request is approved, DMV will email the Company ID, User ID and Password
to the email address provided by the NAIC maintenance coordinator at the time of registration. Once the request is approved, NAIC maintenance coordinator can login and add NAIC number(s) under the insurance company.

Reporting User
The customer service person will be entering terminations, cancellations, etc into the system
via web access. Reporting user must obtain Company ID from the NAIC maintenance coordinator
and register on the DMV website using the Company ID.
Reporting user must register, print and sign the registration form, and mail/fax the completed
registration form to DMV. Once the request is approved, DMV will email the Company ID,
User ID and Password to the email address provided by the reporting user at the time of
registration.
