Mayor Vincent C. Gray is pleased to announce the ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly completed Canal Park in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood in Southeast Washington. The event will introduce three new sculptures commissioned by the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
