(Washington, DC) The District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles (DC DMV) Adjudication Services location closed at 1 pm today, and will remain closed for the remainder of the day, Thursday, August 25, 2011, due to ongoing problems with the air conditioning system.

Customers are encouraged to go online to complete their DMV service needs or visit on another day. All hearings scheduled for after 1 pm today will be rescheduled, and customers will be notified by mail. The Department of Real Estate Services is evaluating the system and information will be forthcoming about operations for Friday.
