(WASHINGTON, DC) – Due to a power outage, the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles (DC DMV) Rhode Island Service Center is temporarily closed. PEPCO is aware of the outage and is working to restore the power.

All other DC DMV locations are open today for normal business hours.

DC DMV has more than 40 services available online and through the mail, enabling customers to “skip the in-person trip.”
