How to Exchange Your Vehicle Tags
To exchange your personalized, membership organization or specialty tags for End Taxation Without Representation tags, please bring the following to a DC DMV Service Center:
- Vehicle registration
- Valid DC DMV driver license, learner permit or identification card of the vehicle’s registered owner(s)
- Existing vehicle tags
Additionally, you may exchange your existing valid tags for End Taxation Without Representation tags by paying a tag replacement fee at any DC DMV Service Center.
