You lost your appeal with Traffic Adjudication Appeals Board (TAAB). What can you do next?

If the TAAB decides to uphold the hearing examiners decision and you want to appeal the TAAB’s decision, you may do so within 30 calendar days of decision to the DC Superior Court. You can find the form to the Superior Court Appeals Form here [PDF].
