In order to obtain your Provisional License, you must have held a valid learner permit for at least 6 months. You must not have admitted to, been liable for, or convicted of an offense for which points may be assessed for at least 12 consecutive months.
More restrictions apply based on 40 hours practice or 10 hours practice.
