Transactions on this page may be unavailable due to system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.

DC DMV has established an online portal to provide employers and regulatory agencies with a means of promoting driver safety through the ongoing review of employee driver records. This service is a web based employee monitoring application that provides updated driver record information about the status of an employee’s DC Driver License. Governmental and Non-Governmental entities are eligible to enroll by completing the online registration process and driver records for employees can be customized to be generated at various intervals (i.e. immediately, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.). This service is free for Governmental entities and for Non-Governmental entities driver record fees are determined based on the type of driver record requested. 3-year, 5-year, 10-year, or full-history driver record information will be available.
